Terms and Conditions

ABLU CONSULTING LLC
WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, online store, checkout systems, customer portals, and related online services operated by ABLU CONSULTING LLC (“ABLU,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
ABLU CONSULTING LLC is an Illinois limited liability company with a principal business address at:
3419 Auburn St
Rockford, Illinois 61101
By using the website or purchasing services through an ABLU online checkout, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms applicable to your purchase.
1. BUSINESS SERVICES
ABLU provides professional business-to-business services, including business implementation, operational systems, digital infrastructure, websites, CRM systems, workflow automation, sales systems, AI-assisted business solutions, training, project management, and related professional services.
Service descriptions appearing on the website provide a general description of available services.
The specific scope of a Client engagement may also be governed by a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), Statement of Work (“SOW”), order, proposal, or invoice.
2. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
ABLU’s implementation packages are intended primarily for business and commercial purposes.
A person purchasing services on behalf of a company represents that the person has authority to make the purchase and enter into applicable agreements on behalf of that company.
3. SERVICE PACKAGES
Standard packages may include:
Business Launch — $2,500
Growth Systems — $4,500
Business Automation Pro — $6,500
Enterprise Implementation — $9,200
Custom implementation services may also be available.
The services included in each package are determined by the applicable service description, Itemized Service & Price Schedule, SOW, and order documentation.
4. ORDERS
Submission of an order does not require ABLU to accept an engagement that ABLU cannot lawfully or reasonably perform.
ABLU may contact a Client to verify information, obtain required documentation, complete onboarding, or clarify project requirements before implementation begins.
5. PRICING
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to an accepted order is the price shown in the applicable checkout, invoice, proposal, or SOW.
Custom work and material changes in project scope may require additional fees through an approved Change Order or separate agreement.
6. PAYMENT
ABLU may accept approved payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, bank transfers, and electronic invoices.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, payment gateways, acquiring institutions, and financial-service providers.
The purchaser represents that the purchaser is authorized to use the payment method submitted.
7. PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
Purchase of a service package does not necessarily mean implementation begins immediately.
ABLU may require completion of:
Payment;
Contract acceptance;
SOW acceptance;
Client onboarding;
Project intake;
Required account access;
Delivery of necessary content and information; and
Project kickoff.
Project timelines may begin after these requirements have been satisfied.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, approvals, credentials, access, and cooperation reasonably necessary for project completion.
Client-caused delays may extend project timelines.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some projects may use third-party software, platforms, APIs, hosting services, domains, communication systems, payment systems, AI platforms, or other external services.
Unless expressly included in the applicable order or SOW, third-party costs are separate from ABLU’s professional-service fees.
ABLU does not control third-party providers and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, approval decisions, policies, or continued operation.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the ABLU Cancellation & Refund Policy, applicable MSA, SOW, and applicable law.
Because implementation services may require professional labor and committed resources immediately following onboarding, refund eligibility may depend upon the amount of work already performed and expenses incurred.
11. RECURRING SERVICES
Recurring management, maintenance, support, or optimization services are separate from one-time implementation services unless expressly included.
Recurring services shall be subject to applicable recurring-service terms and payment authorization.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ABLU website, branding, proprietary materials, frameworks, processes, templates, methodologies, training materials, automation structures, and other Company intellectual property remain the property of ABLU or the applicable rights holder.
Client rights in project-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable MSA and SOW.
13. PROHIBITED USE
Users may not use ABLU’s website, systems, or services to:
Engage in unlawful activity;
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
Transmit malicious software;
Interfere with website operation;
Misrepresent identity or payment authority;
Commit fraud;
Misappropriate Company intellectual property; or
Use Company services in violation of applicable law.
14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
ABLU provides professional services and implementation work.
ABLU does not guarantee specific revenue, profitability, sales, customer acquisition, financing, credit approval, funding, merchant-processing approval, processing limits, business valuation, or other economic outcomes.
15. WEBSITE INFORMATION
ABLU makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information.
Website information may be updated periodically.
ABLU may correct clerical, typographical, technical, or pricing errors where permitted by applicable law.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABLU shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting solely from use of the website or services.
Any contractual limitation applicable to purchased professional services shall additionally be governed by the applicable MSA.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By interacting with ABLU electronically, users consent to receiving transaction-related communications electronically where permitted by law.
Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. CHANGES TO TERMS
ABLU may update these Terms prospectively.
The effective date appearing above identifies the version currently published.
Updates shall not retroactively alter an existing executed Client agreement except where permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
